GoldenKeyBCS provides business consultancy services on a best-efforts basis. Service timelines are estimates and subject to UAE government authority processing times. Fees are quoted inclusive of our professional fees; government fees are passed through at cost. GoldenKeyBCS is not liable for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete client documentation, or force majeure events. All intellectual property created for clients remains client property upon full payment. Disputes are governed by UAE law and subject to Ajman jurisdiction.
