Corporate Tax & VAT here

As a free zone entity, a RAKEZ company can hold the 0% Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income as a QFZP — provided substance, audited accounts and de-minimis conditions hold; otherwise the standard 9% applies above AED 375,000 of profit. Registration with the FTA is mandatory regardless of profit level, and the late-registration penalty is a flat AED 10,000.
