Government and third-party fees
Fees paid to free zone authorities, economic departments, immigration, typing centres, medical centres, banks and other third parties are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of the application.
GoldenKey service fees
If you cancel before any work has started and before any government submission, our service fee is refunded in full less payment-processing costs. Once name reservation, initial approval or any submission has been made, the service fee for the work completed is non-refundable; any unused balance for stages not yet started is refunded at our discretion.
Rejected applications
Where an authority or bank declines an application, government fees are not refunded by the authority and therefore cannot be refunded by GoldenKey. We will advise on resubmission or an alternative route at no additional service fee where the decline was not caused by information supplied by the client.
How to request a refund
Email info@goldenkeybcs.com with your quotation number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.
