1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of goldenkeybcs.com and your engagement of GoldenKey Business Consultancy Services ("GoldenKey") for consultancy services. Using the website or signing a quotation constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Nature of Services

GoldenKey provides business setup consultancy, PRO and government-liaison services, visa processing assistance, banking introduction support, tax registration/filing support, accounting and related corporate services in the UAE.

GoldenKey is a consultancy: final decisions on licenses, visas, approvals, bank accounts and tax positions rest with the relevant authorities and institutions. We prepare, submit and follow up professionally, but no government or bank outcome can be guaranteed by any consultant.

3. Quotations & Fees

• All engagements are based on a written itemised quotation listing service fees, government fees and third-party costs.
• Quotations are fixed for the stated scope and validity period (normally 14 days unless stated otherwise).
• Government fee changes imposed by authorities after quotation are passed through at cost with evidence.
• Work begins on receipt of the agreed advance; instalment schedules via Tabby/Tamara follow those providers' terms.

4. Client Obligations

• Provide true, complete and current documents and information.
• Respond to document and signature requests within reasonable time — delays extend timelines.
• Comply with UAE laws, including activity restrictions, visa conditions and tax obligations.
• Bear fines resulting from client-side delays, misinformation or non-compliance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Service fees for work not yet started are refundable on written request. Once submissions are made to an authority, government fees follow that authority's refund policy (often non-refundable). Completed work stages are non-refundable. Any refund position specific to your engagement is stated on your quotation and prevails over this general clause.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenKey's aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the service fees paid for that engagement. GoldenKey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, authority decisions, bank decisions, legislative changes, or delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

7. Website & Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and design are the property of GoldenKey or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution.

8. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use of the website or forms.
• No attempts to breach, probe or overload our systems.
• No submission of another person's data without authority.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Parties will first attempt good-faith amicable resolution; failing that, disputes fall to the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.
