RAKEZ accepts individual and corporate shareholders from most jurisdictions with standard KYC. The gate is the activity list — your exact wording must appear on it — plus external approvals for regulated lines.

Corporate Tax & VAT here

As a free zone entity, a RAKEZ company can hold the 0% Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income as a QFZP corporate Tax registration is universal and deadline-driven; the 9% rate bites above AED 375,000 profit unless Small Business Relief (revenue ≤ AED 3M, through 2026) or QFZP treatment applies. VAT joins at AED 375,000 of taxable supplies with quarterly EmaraTax returns.
