What the FTA expects

As a free zone entity, a RAKEZ company can hold the 0% Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income as a QFZP. Corporate Tax registration is universal and deadline-driven; the 9% rate bites above AED 375,000 profit unless Small Business Relief (revenue ≤ AED 3M, through 2026) or QFZP treatment applies. VAT joins at AED 375,000 of taxable supplies with quarterly EmaraTax returns
